NüCell Health was co-founded by Cezanne Bianco and Dr. Sherry Fong, D.C., two women driven by a shared belief: that advanced longevity technologies should be available to everyone.

From their combined backgrounds in business, functional medicine, and long-term patient care, they’ve built a model that brings proven therapies like ozone sauna, hyperbaric oxygen, and photobiomodulation into a space that feels empowering and approachable.

This isn’t a quick-fix clinic or luxury-only studio. This is NüCell, a new baseline for better health.

  • Co-Founder

    Cezanne is a leader in public health and healthcare innovation, dedicated to advancing health outcomes through technology and practical advocacy. She holds a B.A. in Public Health Policy from UC Irvine and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from UC Berkeley.

    Driven by a passion for science and problem-solving, Cezanne attended the UCSF School of Medicine before pivoting to healthcare technology. As an early team member at Hippocratic AI, she helped build AI healthcare agents. Her own journey through chronic health challenges - and eventual healing through functional and longevity medicine - deepened her commitment to transforming healthcare. Today, she brings a rare blend of public health expertise and AI innovation, focused on creating accessible, personalized, and high-quality care for all.

  • Co-Founder

    With over 35 years of clinical experience in pain management, hormone balance, and cellular regeneration, Dr. Fong is the scientific and medical backbone of NüCell. Her work has helped thousands of patients transform their health through safe, non-invasive technologies, including hyperbaric oxygen, spinal decompression, and full-body photobiomodulation. Her passion for healing began when she helped her grandmother beat cancer naturally and it drives her to this day.
